Green Pay - Empowering your business with seamless UPI solutions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a Green Pay account or using our UPI gateway services, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the merchant/user and Green Pay.

2. Service Scope

Green Pay provides API-based UPI payment collection services. We are a technology service provider and work in accordance with NPCI and UPI ecosystem guidelines. We facilitate settlements to your bank account via standard banking channels.

3. Merchant Obligations

  • Merchants must provide valid KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, Business Proof).
  • Merchants are responsible for the legality of products/services sold on their platforms.
  • Prohibited activities include gambling, adult content, and unauthorized financial services.

4. Payment & Settlements

Settlements are processed on a T+1 basis (transaction date plus one business day). We reserve the right to hold settlements if suspicious activity is detected.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for breach of terms, high dispute rates, or regulatory orders. Merchants can close their accounts with 30 days notice after clearing all dues.

6. Limitation of Liability

Green Pay is not liable for indirect losses, bank downtime, or NPCI system failures. Our total liability is capped at the processing fees earned from the disputed transaction.
